so today i'm running at the cypress mill rec center. i look to my left and there is this lady running next to me in the weirdest workout outfit i have ever seen. she has a white bra on with a white sports bra over it. she is wearing mailperson shorts that are rolled up at the bottom. to top it off she has her black mailperson shoes on. i believe i clocked her at 6.4mph with only one mile under her belt. you go maillady.....

the phrase actually came from a misheard something or another at my house last weekend. it sort of got transferred to dallas and now the three of us can't stop saying it. im trying my best to stop. im now attending "drop a nut" anonymous.

and the bass keeps running......
last weekend at nancy and todds was great. there were so many blogworthy moments. unfortunate for you guys (the readers) i can't remember them all.

formal apology to sarah....here goes......nurse sarah, will you please forgive me for not calling you back on sat? i didn't get home until horribly late friday night. i did get up and go to my freakin' 8am session though. saturday i kept ms. candace, ate awesome mexican food and then fell asleep on nancy and todd's couch. i want to make it up to you. l will either let you practice putting IV's in my arm, or i will take you out to lunch in H-town. you decide. i actually have lots to tell you.......

nancy and i have sisters who rock. we don't rock......we just roll. they are in with the beautiful people. i bet they know mario......i only know marissa and kylie...... actually my sister is in a new robert rodriguez movie that comes out in the spring. maybe we can drop a nut and go see it.
